CSD Jewelry is simple to care for. Follow these tips to keep your jewelry looking beautiful for years to come!

Cleaning

  • Glass: fused glass is intrinsically durable, but prefers not to be dropped on hard surfaces or to come in contact with abrasive cleansers. To clean the glass use warm water and a mild detergent (or simple buff with a soft cotton t-shirt).
  • Metals: We use only high quality materials sourced in the USA, including sterling silver, 14k gold filled components and kiln-annealed steel sealed with micro-crystalline. All of our earwires are made from either nickel-free sterling silver or hypoallergenic surgical steel posts. As with most metals, the sterling silver used in our jewelry will eventually oxidize (also called ‘patina’ or tarnish). Never fear, it can be easily returned to its original brightness by polishing with a jewelry polishing cloth.

Caring

  • Remove your jewelry when bathing, swimming, using harsh chemicals, or putting on lotion, perfume, and hairspray.
  • It is recommended to store your jewelry in a closed box or a small plastic bag as silver will tarnish more quickly when exposed to air and moisture.

Most of our jewelry is made to order, please allow 5-7 business days to process. In-stock items ship within 2 business days of payment and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. We use USPS first class or priority shipping, which is fast, reliable and trackable within the USA. We are not responsible for carrier delays in shipping. If you are in a hurry to get your goods, please email or call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

 

EXCHANGE/RETURNS

At CSD Jewelry, I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my products. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your glass item for a refund or store credit (less shipping charges) on items sold within 10 days of receipt. Please contact me via email prior to returning merchandise. Please note, I am not responsible for shipping on returned merchandise. All custom orders and clearance/sale items are final sale. If you purchased your item from a retailer, please contact them directly for return information.
